Combipara-tr is a triple-action analgesic formulation that provides rapid and broad-spectrum pain relief in conditions associated with trauma and arthritis. It combines aceclofenac, a potent anti-inflammatory; paracetamol, an analgesic-antipyretic; and tramadol, a centrally acting opioid analgesic. Enhanced with fast absol technology, the formulation ensures faster dissolution, leading to quicker onset of pain relief and improved patient comfort.
Adults and elderly (≥18 years); not for pediatric use due to opioid risks³
Short-term (3–7 days); monitor for dependence and gi/liver risks; not for long-term without supervision¹
Take 1 tablet twice daily (bid) with water, preferably after meals; swallow whole to avoid rapid release²
Common: nausea, dizziness, constipation, drowsiness, dry mouth; rare: serotonin syndrome, respiratory depression, gi bleeding¹
