Switglim m combines glimepiride and metformin hydrochloride for advanced dual-action diabetes management. Glimepiride, a sulfonylurea, increases insulin secretion from pancreatic beta cells by blocking atp-sensitive potassium channels, resulting in improved glycemic control.
