Rosuvastatin + clopidogrel is a fixed-dose combination designed to support both cholesterol-lowering and anti-platelet activity, providing superior cardiac protection in high-risk patients (ascvd, post-acs, dyslipidemia). Rosuvastatin inhibits hmg-coa reductase, lowering ldl and stabilizing plaques. Clopidogrel prevents platelet clumping and reduces clot-related events. For prevention in acs patients with dyslipidemia
