Dienogest tablet is a progestin (female hormone). It works by suppressing the production of estradiol, a hormone that causes excessive growth of the endometrium.
One tablet daily for at least 6 months
Reproductive age women, who suffer from endometriosis
Od for 3-6 month
Reduces pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia , ovarian endometriotic cyst ,heavy menstrual bleeding(hmb) ,post-surgery recurrence associated with endometriosis and adenomyosis

Dienogest treats endometriosis by activating progesterone receptors, which leads to the suppression of ovulation, a reduction in estrogen levels, and the atrophy (thinning and breakdown) of endometrial tissue. It also has direct antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory, and anti-angiogenic (inhibits blood vessel growth) effects on the endometriotic lesions themselves.
